I do not normally leave reviews directly on vendor websites, but in this case I absolutely felt it was deserved. From the first interaction with Chris, you could tell he genuinely cared about both the customer and the finished product. I was on a tight timeline trying to get my bike ready for an upcoming trip and show, and Chris went above and beyond to make sure I received my tank bib in time. Communication was excellent the entire process, and he took the time to answer questions and make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it.
When the bib arrived, the craftsmanship honestly exceeded my expectations. The leather work, tooling, braiding, and overall attention to detail are top notch. Pictures really do not do it justice. The Chaos Pebbles design fits my Heritage perfectly and looks like something that should have come from the factory on a high-end custom build. The felt backing and overall fitment were also extremely well thought out.
This is one of those parts that completely changes the look and feel of the bike the second you install it. You can tell it was made by someone who actually takes pride in their work and understands Harley owners.
The only bad thing I can say is I wish my bike had more places for me to buy more products from him. I would not hesitate to order again and highly recommend Chris and his work to anyone looking for true handcrafted quality instead of mass-produced parts.
